1) We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery that there is a problem
2) Customer will pay shipping both ways
3) Return Must be in original shipping container
4) A 25% restocking fee will be charged ( this helps cover
credit card and packaging fees)
5) Any claim of loss will be between the customer and the courier.
6) Any return must be shipped the same method of service it was received
I personally inspect every item before it is shipped to insure only 1st quality products !!
